What is collected and why

The form collects your name, email address, chosen topic and message. Company, phone number and a relevant link are optional. The information is used only to read, route and answer your enquiry.

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to relevant professional enquiries. Where your message concerns a possible agreement, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Delivery, storage and security

The message is delivered directly to a self-hosted mailbox on infrastructure hosted by Hetzner. It is not stored in the website database, Sanity or an external lead system. Your IP address is used temporarily for abuse prevention and is not included in the contact email.

Contact enquiries are normally deleted no later than 12 months after receipt. A message may be retained longer when an active dialogue, agreement, legal obligation or documented legal claim makes that necessary.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to the processing of your personal data. Use the contact form or LinkedIn to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
